Those addons really need sorting out man... they are all over the place :P

By the looks of things he's probably using The "All Deuce UI" mods compilation or at least most of the mods in that package.

Search on here (curse) for All Deuce UI. It's a very good compilation that's kept upto date and has it's own website etc..

I agree, you can glimpse his character and what he is fighting about once every 5 seconds when his crazy addons calm down a while. o.O
