The Shadow Priests UI is on there website found it the other day :D - http://nihilum.mousesports.com/en/media/view/29/ Not sure what program you need to open it though...

The bottom half of the screen is made up of numerous mods, you can make something similar by using the UI mod compilation "All Deuce UI". It can be downloaded from here:
