    wow... just looking at that makes me cringe.. how do you even see what you are doing? i would condense everything, make it smaller and organise you're abilities. god, too much going on in center of screen.

    Please download Satrina Buff Frames and use it to display more buffs in one row and sort them by "time left" - this would kinda deal with your buff chaos. You can also blacklist buffs of no importance to you, like divine spirit or something to keep things clean.
    And why not have the actionbars in a 4 colums, 3 rows layout? That would fit in the lower part of the screen better than the current layouts.
    If you want to minimize the buttons on the right a little, you can create macros for the blessings, allowing you to left/right click the icon:
    #showtooltip blessing of kings
    /cast [button:1] blessing of kings
    /cast [button:2] greater blessing of kings
