    Hi!
I think you might have overdone the button skinning a little. I know, buttons should look nice, but mainly they should be easy to distinguish, especially the smaller ones. Maybe chose a slightly less opaque skin?
There is room for improvement in the chatbox, I'll just sum up what I'd change:
    1. Configute prat to hide the scroll buttons (use the mouse wheel) and resize the chatbox to align with the screen edge.
    2. Get rid of the brackets. Timestamps do not need brackets to be recognized as such. Channel names maybe. Player names don't really need them either, you always have the : behind the name. And by now you know you can click them. This would save 6 characters per line. 9 if you get rid of player levels which are only shown on known players, of which you might know their level anyways.
    3. With all the new extra space you could increase the font size a little.

Hm yeah, Omen is kinda huge. It holds like 7 rows while something like 4 would be enough.
If you download TipTac you can relocate and customize your tooltip, it will not only no longer overlap Omen but also look better and have extra functionality.
And finally: what I always tell people is to remove the micro menu and the bags bar since they all have keybindings or can be bound to mouse buttons or any other key.
Other than that, it's quite good.
    Cheers!
