I don't know about ELK, but with Satrina Buff Frame you can hide non relevant buffs, such as concentration aura, prayer of spirit, totems and so on, thus showing only the important ones. Using Tiptac you can relocate your tooltip so it doesnt overlap with Omen anymore. Quite nice otherwise, a little too much margin at the screen edges for my taste.
