How to install questhelper on my mac?

Hi there. I´m completely new to this. I have downloaded questhelper on my Mac and now have a lot of files. How do I actually install it so I can use it within the gane (WoW)?

Shadowform & Pets

Can someone describe for me exatly how Shadowform is used as a priest? I understand that I receive less damage while in this form but it also seems that I'll not be able to use many of the means of attack and defense that I've been using. Do you rely mainly on Mind Blast and Mind Flay while in Shadowform? One more question...Do priests have pets somewhere along the way?

Talent Tree

This is my first time playing WOW and I can't decide if I need to relean my talents or not. While doing my Priest's shadow talents I skipped over some of the talents that I didn't feel were quite as important at the time and now find that I can't go back UP the tree and learn them. Is this a problem? Should I redo my tree and fill in all the talents or maybe diverge into the holy or discipline side of the tree?
