No.  Warhammer does not have a looking for group feature.  They have open groups instead.  Personally, I think they should have both.

In that case, an addon like this is probably possible.  However, since it would only list people with this addon, I question how useful it would be.

Once you figured out the sending and receiving on a specified channel, I wouldn't think the rest would be too difficult as it's pretty much just a simple gui with a small amount of data sent.  The biggest difficulty might be turning off lfg when someone joins a group/wb (not sure if there's an event for that).
