while attempting the Aquatic time trial, using qh, wow locked. all i could do was watch the timer run down to failure. now the quest is unavailable. (pounding on kybd, wailing, and gnashing of teeth). hope it comes back but for certain if you are a level 16 druid doing a timed test, remove questhelper.

You know when you fail a quest you have to abandon it and re-accept the quest right?
