Curse Client - X-Perl Unit Frames Problem

I have updated/refreshed the client several times today. I am getting the updates; howvever, I can not get X-Perl Unit Frames to work correctly. I am getting bug reports in-game and then the game asks me to disable all add-ons.

I have done the following:

- Removed X-Perl Unit Frames from the client and then reinstall - no change.
- Removed X-Perl from my WOW Interface Add-Ons folder and then automatically installed through the Curse website which in-turn went through the client - no change.
- Removed X-Perl from my WOW Interface Add-Ons folder and then manually installed the file downloaded from the Curse website - no change.

I have not yet deleted the WTF folder and then reinstalled all add-ons. I am assuming this is the next step. I am using Vista-64 and have not had any problems with X-Perl.

Suggestions?

I found the following http://wow.curse.com/forums/t/65427.aspx and followed the instructions to remove all the X-Perl files especially saved variables from the WTF folder. NO luck. Same thing is still happening. I guess my next step is to delete the WTF folder and restart.

I removed the WTF folder completely. Restarted game as an administrator and then exitted. I then reinstalled X-Perl Unit Frames from the client - NO Change. Same old nothing working. Help.

Same problem in this link - http://wow.curse.com/forums/t/111110.aspx

While actually not knowing much about addons, I'm going to make a few guesses.

First of, do you get any errors ingame, or are the frames just gone?

Have you tried typing /xperl to see if the addon responds at all ingame?

have you made sure to press "load out of date addons" in-game before you actually log in on your character, as in your character list?

----

I updated my X-perl through the curse client about an hour ago, with no issues at all.

I have out of date selected. Even with it not selected, X-perl is shown as not being oiut of date.

Yea, type /xperl to see if it responds. It's quite possible that the addon itself has a bug in it, especially since you see it in your addon listing in-game.
