Cartographer3/Questhelper Bug?

Anyone have an idea what is causing this or how to disable it?  Basicly that gold circle prevents me clicking and dragging the map which is driving me absolutely insane.  I can't figure out why it happens sometimes and sometimes not... nor what is causing it (I'm 60 and these aren't quests I have or anything, just happened to be from when it got fed up enough to post about it.)

Almost looks like the HUD from the mod simply called HUD.  Have you tried just disabling questhelper or cart and seeing what happens?  I'm using Cart on a laptop and have never seen this circle.

I don't have HUD installed, and after wiping my wtf directory this went away for weeks, now I logged on my priest and its back on all my chars... can't be any setting on my priest cause this si first time i've logged him after deleting the wtf directory.  I'm at a loss.

Of course if I disable C3 it goes away... but then I have stock map.  After I renable the addon it goes away... for a while.  Then comes back.

Cartographer3 is self-described as experimental and prone to bugs. You could switch to any other map mod and test. Cartographer – without the "3" – works just fine. If you search the map mod section, you may even find another addon that has the same Google-like powers of Cart3. I know Carbonite does.
