title says it all, i cant remember the name of this addon, and i just moved computers, so i dont have it anymore (see photo link)

That might not be a bar addon.  It could be a cooldown monitoring addon like cooldown bars or something.  batender and dominos completely replace the existing Blizzard bar UI.  The fact that the original bars are there shows that it is something other than Bartender. 

Bartender4 for the bar modification and OmniCC for the cooldown information on the bar.
