Need help identifying some addons

Hi all, can anyone please help me with identifying a few addons?

In Nabor's movie

I'm specifcally interested in the Unit Frames, the Looting window and whatever the DoT or Cooldown monitor he uses is.

Any help ID'ing these addons would be great ^^

Not entirely sure about the Unit Frames. Pitbull and Xperl looks similar to that though.

The loot addon is Xloot. Also comes with addons for master looting etc.

No idea about the cooldowns.
