duckibank not opening

Ok, I have installed "duckibank in the right folder C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns. But it does not come up in my program. I know its in the right spot becuse i added a koodinator after and it came up ok. any sugestions???

Does Duckibank show up on your list of addons at the character select screen?
