Why are we recruiting?

It's summer time! We wanna raid! Some member have had serious RL issues to deal with along with other members not showing up, showing up unprepared, or just not being on par with their tasking. We need you skilled players.

What can Xtreme do for you?

We will provide you with a dysfunctional family to spend your weekday evenings with. Plain and simple.
We Raid. 5 Nights a week. We down bosses, progression is hard at times, but we make a serious effort, and we have started moving along nicely.
Some of our members are more than willing to give you the shirt off their back to help you out.
We are relaxed. We joke. A few of us talk too much. You can mute them. :)
No kids. Personality conflicts happen, we don't let the BS get to us.

What are we looking for?

--Badge/SSC/TK/ZA T5/T6 Geared+
--I would like to make an obvious point about how you should know to play your class extremely well, before bothering to make an application

In particular:

--1 Druid Healer
--1 Pali MT healer
--1 or 2 Resto Shaman
--1 Enhancement Shaman
--1 Elemental Shaman
--1 Warlock
--1 Hunter
--1 OT/Fury Warrior
--1 Shadowpriest

All other EXCEPTIONAL Players welcome to apply!
Geared and wanting to go casual? We need alts as well!

Alliance-- Archimonde PvP server
--Semi Casual - Hardcore Raiding / Heroics
--Raiding up to 5 Days

I cannot begin to stress the importance of showing up to raids, especially hard progression fights.
IF you are selected into a core position, it is your responsibility to let somebody know if you are not going to be there on time.

Raid Invite Start Times: Pull Time is 30 minutes after
--11:30pm EST
--10:30pm Central /Server Times
--8:30pm PST Time
--5:30pm Hawaii Time

Fri / Sat OFF Nites or Optional 10 Man or 25 Man
--Sunday to Thursday MH/BT Progression

--You must be able to follow Directions, Guild Rules and take Criticism - Rated R at (most) Times
--Doesn't Mind Respecing or Sitting out for Certain Fights
--Mature HELPFUL Non-Drama People and willing to help others
--No Emo loot BS, we have a system, we abide by it.
--Bring your own consumables, I don't even know why I should have to write this.
--I reiterate, you MUST be early or on time for Invites
