Laceratus recruiting all classes for BT/SWP

Laceratus is one of the top ten alliance guilds on Illidan, a server known for its skilled raiders and brutal PvP. The guild has been around for nearly a year and we've always focused on being a tight knit group of players on the fringes between casual and hardcore raiding. Our vent is usually entertaining but never annoying or overly immature and our DKP policy is a very fair zero-sum system. We're hoping to clear all TBC content before (and push to become one of the premier guilds after) WotLK is released, but we need your help to make it happen.

We are looking to expand our roster to push even further into end-game content while maintaining high standards of performance. All classes are currently being considered except prot pallies.

You should be able to perform on a T6 level with minimal need for improvement.
You should be self-motivated by the desire to be the best at your class that you can be.
You should be able to make at least 80% attendance and post on the forums if you can't make a raid.
You should be mature enough to not act like a moron both in vent and in-game.

Our current raiding focus is farming MH and clearing BT up to Reliquary attempts. If we have extra time and a capable raid, we head back to TK to work on Kael.
