Think the best you can do is to call Blizzard and explain the problem for them. You find the number on the support page on the Blizzard site. It's a free number you can call.
I did it when I had a problem with dc's all the time, and they helped me with that problem. So try that for a start. that's my best advice to start with.

Run a traceroute and then send it in to Blizzard and your ISP. The official wow forums should have a lot of info regarding this. It's very hard for us to give you exact instructions on this forum, unless you provide us with further details such as location, what isp and more.

Nemac91Well i got my 70 around last week and sonce then my latency gonne crazy. I have 256kbs net and it worked exelent till lvl 70. I dont turno on any donwload or something just WoW is turned on when i play. Some1 maybe have some suggestion how to decrease my latency?
