Looking for Addon Programmer

Hello, I am looking for someone to develop an addon. Must be familiar with LUA, VB, .Net and Xml. As a reference, it is somewhat similar to the client for Wowhead. (wowhead.com/?client). Please send your questions and price quotes to notaracoon@hotmail.com. Thanks ^_^
