Raiding Guild Add on Help

I see here that guilds put together a raid pack for members to download all in one. How do you do that? Is there an easy way? I tried the add on tutorial but got no where with this. Is there an add on designed to just plug in what add ons you want and make it available to guild without having to download each one?

It takes awhile, you have to get used to certain addons and pick the ones you want and then you usually make your own instructions for it. There's no real shortcut, unless someone want to make a comprehensive guide.
