Anti-Healing mod?

Was wondering if there was an addon that is similar to Blacklister, but wont let heals and benifical spells land on the targeted person?

Being a resto druid, if I see someone with low health, either battling a mob or just running around Shat, I heal them, but I want an addon that wont let me do it because they did something to piss me off :P

Press the 'V' button again so you don't see their hp ;-) should help enough

You totally missed the point of the question I see :/

Not sure if Healbot can be configured to do that Wiltron.

Ill check out Healbot.. personally, I prefer as few addons running as possible..
