Request - Arena Addon

Hey there, I'm playing a 70 warrior in arena with full season 3, and I've always thought it would be helpful if there was an addon which could show me the cast bars of any spells being cast on me. I usually don't notice the nuke incoming on me in time to switch to defensive and spellreflect the initial spells, which could really save me in many cases. If there were bars popping up on the right showing the cast time on an inc frostbolt/chain lightning etc etc, that would be awesome. I could also see an incoming sheep and just hit my reflect macro as soon as I see the bar pop up showing the cast. Perhaps it can show friendly spells incoming too, so I know when big heals are about to land on me. Another afterthought could be to have in arena, 5 / 3 / 2 bars, somewhere on the screen, for each enemy player, and if they target you, they light up, to show spells may be incoming, and then the spells can be shown casting on those bars. The reason for the lighting up is to be able to predict even earlier any incoming actions, and perhaps deal with instant casts, ie a pom pyro mage targets you. I think this addon would be helpful for all different classes. Healers could see if they have incoming cc, etc.

I'm not sure if this kind of addon already exists, or perhaps necb can be configured in a good way, but I can't find one or get necb to do that :p and necb isn't working 100% atm anyhow and there don't seem to be any updates coming out for it either.

If this addon could be made or someone could point me in the direction of an existing one, that would be amazingly helpful. Thanks.
