Name that Addon

I am looking for a WORKING addon that will replace outgoing smileys with the appropriate emote, like if I write :) it will translate it to /smile (nice if it works with target if selected). Also, it should translate any incomming smileys to an emote-like system message in the chat window. Maybe it could also replace other things like "lol" with /laugh, etc.

If there is such an addon out there, in working state, I would love a hint about where to find it, and if not, is there anyone out there who wants to take up this project? Any feedback appreciated!
