Download Error

After the 2.4 patch I tried to re download my addons as any sensible person does and I got this error: " Failed to create named pipe which means some features will not work." I go back to WoW and what do you know it did not download at all. I then went through and deleted the addons from the Saved Variables file and I am still getting that same error... Does anyone know what to do?

You deleted the addons from the Saved Variables... did you also get the ones in the addon folder?

I assume this is an error with the Curse download client?

I think so but even if I just hit download and not through the client it gives me the same error

I also went through an deleted all the stuff from from the add on folder ( now that I finally found it) but it still continues to give the same error

Failed to create pipe error messages are related to your browser and your networking layer on your PC. Sounds like you might have to reinstall your tcp/ip Try going to a different PC and I'd bet you won't get the same errors.
