how do i move the chat?

i downloaded Savagus UI and the chat log is kinda crosed with the UI bar, and the screenshot shows the chat log inside the UI bar, any help?

I suppose the tabs from the chat frame are not removed, just 'unlock' the chat frame (right mouse click on the tab), drag and drop and lock again.
