help with changing prefs

i installed a bunch of addons recently and I am a new player. On one of the add ons it asked for hot key strokes for screen shots and database checks, and I set these up. I unknowingly set these with keys that would be interfering with other programs not knowing that these keystrokes would be performing these functions out of the game and now i have no idea of how to either uninstall whichever addon it was or change the preference for these keystrokes. can some one please help me as this is driving me crazy.

it would help if you let us know which addon you're talking about, and which keys you're talking about...

it sounds like you're saying you bound keys in-game, and they're carrying over to out-of-game...is this accurate?

if that's the case, you might be better off asking about this on an OS (operating system) forum, depending on which OS you use (i'm guessing windows)...that should get you a more helpful response on how to bind keys outside of the game to overwrite whatever you did in-game...
