Grid, with extra Grid-related addons can monitor incoming heals yes. No, the other users do not have to have the addon also for Grid to catch the incoming heal. I like to also use a mod called Visual Heal. This let's me get an estimation of the target's health after my heal spell will land and also automatically updates the estimate if somebody else landed a heal before me. As a target of a heal, if the user is using Visual Heal also, I'll get an estimate of *my* health after the heal lands.

pad8Ran a 60 Rogue guildie through Ramps for nothing but drops. Every drop we got would made for a holy priest (if thats your spec). We run it twice but he didn't get a thing. We then jumped into BF and again nothing but cloth (although this time mostly DPS equipment).
I think we nabbed your cloth drops.
