Defense skill line description change

• Old value: Higher defense makes you harder to hit and makes monsters less likely to land a crushing blow.
• New value: Higher defense improves your chance to dodge, parry, and block attacks, makes you harder to hit, and makes monsters less likely to land a critical strike against you.

• With the 2.4.0 PTR, we will be allowing US, EU and Korean players to access all available PTR realms. Players will be able to choose which test realm they wish to play on without being restricted by region. We currently plan to make all PTR realms available in this way for all future patches.
• The 25 dailies extension is in. The patch note just didn't get put in yet. More notes will be added as we go.
• BT quality badge loots will be available from Sunwell Isle's vendors.

• Enchant Deathfrost -- "Permanently enchant a weapon so your damaging spells and melee hits occasionally inflict an additional 150 Frost damage and reduce the target's melee, ranged, and casting speed by 15% for 4 sec."
• Sunwell Exalted Necklace -- "Your spells have a chance to call on the power of the Arcane if you're exalted with the Scryers, or the Light if you're exalted with the Aldor."
• References to a Holyform -- "Assumes a Holyform, increasing healing dealt by $s1% and reducing melee damage taken by $s2%. Holyform lasts until cancelled."
• Weapon Oils just for Sunwell Isle, Blessed & Righteous Weapon Coating -- While applied to target weapon, wielder has a chance to regain $ mana on each spell cast. & While applied to target weapon, wielder has a chance to gain $ attack power on every melee or ranged attack for $45401d.
