World of Warcraft: Does Blizzard Really Care About Bots?

I recently ran across a group of Jumpbotters AFKing in AV.. After several battlegrounds of reporting them AFK, watching them jump on a timer and nothing seeming to work, I decided to report them to a GM for botting. This is my number one pet peeve in this or any other game. If you can't do the work yourself, don't even play. It appears the botters have an unlikely ally though. GMs? I'm cross posting this to Curse and a few other sites, in the hopes that someone actually cares about Botters in World of Warcraft.

04:36 [X]: With the new AFK reporting system, the best method for reporting players is to right click on their name from either your party, raid, or map and click "Report as AFK". This will report the player as being AFK in the battleground.
04:36 [X]: The debuff will prevent these players from receiving honor or marks for this battleground. Also, the only way to remove the debuff will be for them to enter PVP combat.

04:37 [Kiraseven]: I report them and it doesn't work.
04:37 [X]: It does take more than one player to flag others as AFK. I encourage you to have your teammates reports these players as well.

04:38 [Kiraseven]: I thought Blizzard took that seriously.
04:38 [Kiraseven]: I'm not the only one that commented on it.
04:38 [Kiraseven]: Several other players reported them and were talking about it.
04:39 [X]: I understand your concern Kiraseven, however at this time the BG AFK feature is the best method for reporting players as AFK.

04:39 [Kiraseven]: I make it my mission to make those kind of people's lives miserable.

04:41 [Kiraseven]: I'd hate to see on the head page of curse gaming that Blizzard doesn't oppose this behavior.
04:42 [X]: As I have previously stated, the BG AFK report feature is the best method to report those who you believe to be AFK in a battleground.
04:42 [Kiraseven]: Again, AFK is not what I'm reporting.
04:42 [Kiraseven]: I'm reporting a violation of terms of service.

The biggest problem is proving there's a bot running and not just someone hitting the space bar at regular intervals. It's not an exact science :(
