This Addon is a MUST!! for Raiding....

Hello! Sorry i can't find the prper suggestion forum now that i mad an account lol....so if you can link and repost that would be great.

Idea for an addonn called " Quick Click"...or "Easy Targeting"

(I have no idea where to start to make an addon soo hopefully sumone can make this one easy :) )

General Description: Basically a compact addon that becomes part of the Interface making choosing Raid Target's Just point and click friendly.

  * After Raid Leader marks Mobs.. Skull..Star..Diamond..Square...etc....User can just Left Click on "Raid Icon" in panel... Beats slow targeting wich is a problem for many other than myself:)

Details: Make Icons as an "Individual Icon" that can be literally moved ANYWHERE on screen...and also have options to have them in Bar. Cross... or better yet just Pre configured "Skin" options.(if you catch my drift) (Will give user freedom to TRULY customize...Reason being that more common icons can be changed around for preference.

Obviously be able to scale the size of icons and auto aligning kind of stuff...

Just imagine Raiding on Vent" Kill X now...... CRAP Sheep Moon....oh no ...shackle Yellow star.....ok nice job...nowKick Diamonds A**!!!!" Lol

"Mainly a DPS Class Addon and CC addon (without macros) just to make Point and Click targeting EASY and less Frustrating for getting those CC's down, all in a sexy Little Icon Panel that can be sized and placed/arranged anywhere........Also Maybe Change the Contrast on the Panel to "Light UP" once a Leader Marks the raids targets.....And auto shuffle "Light targets" To the Right/left/ up down etc....f that is really necessary

Well i trust in good programming experince here to make this ( Reall y simple to make) Addon...Simple if you know how im quit sure... :) anyways lokking forwar to the feedback!!! :) lot of ppl say an addon like this would bes sweet...so keep it tigh clean and sexy please!!! :)

Yeah So when Raid leader Starts setting up targets(Which they can get a Quick targeting addon lol) Why not have one for DPS and CC classes? Just a nice Neat Icon panel with the 8 common Raiding targets, that can be clicked on to change to actuall targeted mob. rather than Clicking and Tab targeting through a bunch of mumbo jumbo lol

Yeah hopefully someone understands the simplicity of it and the "Neatness is key" (Addons should be chunky) IMO

Basically its a 3rd Action Bar with Raid icons instead :) :)

If I get what you're after, you want to be able to target the mob that has, say, a skull raid icon by hitting a button with a skull on...

If I'm right, you're out of luck. Last I checked there was no way to see if a mob has a raid icon assigned. The "auto marking" addons work because you can SET a raidicon, you just can't check the existence of one.
