A note system addon for guilds?

Is there an addon for guilds that features leaving notes for all to see? That would be nice as a interface add on or a guild bank feature. I poked around but couldn't find anything. I do have Khaos interface and there is a notepad on there but everyone in the guild would need it and not everyone listens.

Well there is the player note and the officer note. Officers can edit the person's player note and put what they want in there.
