cant find this ui mod help?

I seeming to have a bit of trouble finding this UI mod in Spinister's PVP video. You can view it streaming here: http://www.warcraftmovies.com/stream.php?id=40609&stream=Filefront How does he get his health bars on the bottom of the screen like that? Heres a similar picture of it too http://media6.curse-gaming.com/images/previews/13028/antagonist-.jpg thats a picture from Antagonist but im looking for the Interface mod not antagonist. Please help!

That's AG UF. AG Unit frames. Pitbull is similar but that screenshot is old enough that Pibull didn't exists then.
