How to make the cyCircled Textures actually work?

I installed cyCircled into my AddOns folder in the World of Warcraft directory, and I'm having an issue with the cyCircled Textures, not wanting to display. I've tried everything I can think of. I have several Textures for this in .TGA format, but none seem to work at all. Is there something else I need to add somewhere?

DO you mean that your own custom skins are not working or the default ones are not working?
