Guild addons
Naim is right. It depends on what your guild is working on at the time.
omen or KTM is very good for raids and is becoming popular enough that you'd likely get into a 5 man pug and still see people using it.
NECB is good because it reads off other NECB users in the raid and will work to display the right timers and cool downs.
If your guild is raiding, try something like DBM or BigWigs to help with raid warnings from bosses.
Guild Calendar is great for putting items up for people to see and sign up for. You can put up things like birthdays, PVP events, raids, etc.
SWStats is good for tracking healing/damage, etc in raids.
CT Raid assist is still heavily used for guilds in raids. It allows you to do ready checks, put up votes, throw up MT windows and more.
