Health Percentage

Anyone know of a mod that displays health percentage and HP in the portrait of the target. I tried using targethealthtext mod, but I think it was out of date. If anyone knows a good one the works well, please let me know.

If you're not apposed to replacing the default unit frames, you can try PitBull. It provides the feature you listed.

Pitbull, AG UF, Xperl, Classic Perl, CT Player frames . .all of these will display the HP/Mana of friendly targets. If you get mobinfo or mobhealth you will also be able to display the HP of mobs that you fight.
