Wow Web Stats is a website that provides nice raid statics services.
I don't think it's exactly what your looking for as it does not reference the Armory, however you may still be interested in what they can do.

brewerdcI'm looking for an addon or website (w/ the use of armory) that will list party members or raid member's gear ratings and sort based on tanking rating, dps rating, healing, etc. Anyone know of something like this that may be out there?
