addon for showing monster in the map

Does anyone knows what kind of this addon is? In the video, look at the map on the right top corner, (around 14:28 in time of the video), when moving the mouse to the map, it shows the name of the monsters

Maybe hes using track beasts since hes a hunter. I cant watch the video but i know that hes a hunter since itts joana.
