Alternative to PriestBar?

It's no longer possible for it to be automated (or rather, it is, but only OOC so it's not quite so useful).
Macros are probably the best way for you to go even though it's one hell of a job to get it set up right.
/cast [help] Heal Spell Name /cast [harm] Nasty Spell Name
Getting two lines like that in a macro will perform different actions depending on whether you're targgeting a nasty or a friendly. There are better ways to do it, but I've not got WoW handy to test atm and I wouldn't want to misinform ;p

nyichkI've decided to take up another priest, but one very convienent add on no longer works. I use to use PriestBar which would automatically switch your action bar from 1 to 2 depending on if you had a foe targetted.
Does anyone have any ideas to restore this functionality? I think making macros to combine the skills would work, but I'm not very macro savvy.
