umm it could be any number of things.. easiest one woudl be skinner? maybe? not sure? assister is a great one to move the tooltip where you want it, combine the two for a nice look and have ti where you want it?

i not think is Tinytip because i try tinytip and is not the same interface :S

maybe tipbuddy but ther is a lot of those nowadays

Lawl thats a alot of addons.

• SWS stats (the damage meters on the left)
• ChatMOD (Most likely, the thing that gives you those class colored names)
• AG_Unitframes (frames at the top)
• PerfectRaid (The raid frames)
