I Was Just Wondering If There Is An Add On Which Tells You What Monster Drop's What, Monster's Location, Monster's Level, Monster's Name, And How Much Health It Has. If There isnt I Was Wondering If Someone Can Make It.

What you ask is done by a bunch of different mods.

Atlasloot and Atlas will handle boss item drops. For regular mobs, get mobhealth and mobinfo to keep a track of what monsters have dropped what since you encountered them. It will also display their raw health values. It starts off a little wrong but then learns quickly.
