use game cam instead not as good quality but less space req and you don have to pay for it you just dont get the sound ingame options

I'd be inclined to say the space requirements more than make up for it and that Fraps indeed is > * :) You can always compress the fraps file after and you get amazing quality -- especially if you compress the source file with the H.264 codec!
