Mod for Guild Interface

I was curious if anyone were able and willing to tell me of a mod that would allow the Guild Window to be editable. What I'm specifically wanting is something similar to the quest window, in which you can collapse or open up a tab, and each tab would be named by the guildmaster or guild officers. The tabs would contain names of guild members who had been specifically put within that designation.

For example:

Tab Title: Active on Weekdays (inputted by guildmaster or officer(s))

--- Gungren (character name, placed within tab by GM or officer)
--- AssasssinBoy (ibid.)

Tab Title: Active on Weekends

--- Llewellyn (ibid.)
--- Greenland (ibid.)

And if something along these lines doesn't exist, is anyone capable of developing it? I think this wouldn't be specifically useful just for the guild I'm in but might be very useful for a wide variety of purposes.
