Identify this addon?

The 'bar' in the middle of the screen looks like eCastingBar. It's a casting bar replacement that handles yours, enemies, focus and mirror (breath, fatigue, etc) bars. Type /ecb to access its menu. The unit frames look like Perl Classic Unit frames, though they could be another version of the perl frames (xperl, nambia(don't remember the correct spelling if thats not it)). Try typing /perl to access the menu for the menu frames or click the black perl on your minimap.
