Cant load UI FLT paladin

i DLed the FLT paladin UI and it went to my new folder on my desktop, the file itself is a .rar file, its not workin in my UI. I went wtf>account>myaccountname>myserver>mycharacter>savedvariables and i copied and pasted it here from my new folder on the desktop. its not a LUA or XML file so i figured it wouldnt work and it didnt. any advice to wat i'm doin wrong

You have to Un-Rar the file and copy the contents to your /Interface/AddOns Directory.

Check out WinRAR to UnRAR the file. You can also use 7Zip if you would like a free/non-trial program.
