Looking for A addon
So are you wanting to keep the default action bars and just add more to them? I haven't used it in a long time but I believe that CT_Bar mod allows you to do this. http://www.ctmod.com.
If you want to replace all of your action bars there are tons of mods out there. I personally use Bartender3 and cyCircled (Both available at http://www.wowace.com). There is also Bongos (Available at http://wow-en.curse-gaming.com/files/.../bongos/) and Trinity Bars http://wow-en.curse-gaming.com/files/.../trinitybars/.
Bongos is very simple to set up and very user/memory friendly. Trinity is extremely complex but also extremely powerful.
I prefer Bartender3/cyCircled because it fits my personal style the best out of all of them. Not too cumbersome but enough options for me to set things up perfectly in my UI.
I would recommend you try any of these 4 addons and see which one suits you the best.
BTW, cyCircled also works with Bongos so if you want a different button skin than Bongos offers you might want to try putting those two together.

VileHey, Im looking for a addon that will add an extra bar on top of the 3x12 defaut bottom action bars that bliz gives us. Maybe somthing that changes the right verticle bar to a movable horizontal action bar or just a new bar that can be added without removing the default action bars.
I have looked all over the place for a addon like this but all the addons that I find dont work anymore. So, dos anyone know a addon that can do this?
