Detailed answering machine

I am looking for a mod that does something similar to what BigWigs Bossmods does in the sense of auto-answering tells with real-time info:

"I am in combat fighting [Mobname] and will answer you ASAP!" or "I am in combat fighting [Mobname] ([Mobhealth%])and will answer you ASAP!"

Does such a mod exist? Is it even possible?

Well, i know that there's an addon called Answering Machine Plus that can do that if you set it up right. There's an "Auto-Reply to whispers while in combat" function to check, to do exactly the thing you are talking about.
