Well you're kind of asking about 2 addons at once.
Tooltip buddy or aqua flare tooltip extreme will handle moving your mob, spell and other tooltips where you want. Aqua flare can also change the display of it to have a portrait, show a class icon and more.
Mobinfo can plugin to most tolltip mods ( but not aqua flair sadly) and provide info on the mob. Mobinfo "learns" from you fighting mobs and will display what has dropped from them, their HP, their DPS, the gold they drop, etc.

tombfuryYou know how when you scroll over say a mob or a character it will show their name and lvl and what they are for a NPC example humaniod.
I can't remember the name of this mod..
It would show the info where ever the cursor was on the screen. Instead of the bottom right hand corner.
And I'm not sure if this worked with this mod or not but say I had a kill quest it would also show like 1 of 10 for example
Anyone have an idea on the name of this mod or mods?
