Some small project.

Ok, I was looking around on this site after I came across the Data Export section. Anyway, I was wondering how to go about creating a site like thottbot / wowhead. It's just a small project that my buddy and myself are going to be working on and we could honestly care less about stealing account information. What I'm wondering is.. do I convert my LUA files to something and upload it to the web or what? Use something like UniUploader? I don't even know what that and Labels (When you post a new thread) are.

Basically, I just want to be able to upload information, such as, items, quests, skills, npc's, etc...to my webserver and I was wondering how I would go about doing this.

Please help, I give credit.
