how to update an addon page?

hi, is only the owner of the project able to update a addon page?

because i find a lot addon page not updated, and i want to upload new versions....

Ya the owner or someone the owner says can.I would recommend sending a PM to the owner and asking for access.

We will be implementing a patch system in the future, to let non-authors submit unofficial patches, but it's not ready yet :)
