Item Addon - Help

Hi All

I am returning to wow after a 6 month break and putting all my addon's back but there is one I can not find (I have forgotten the name of it)

Basically what it did: It was an item addon that when you hovered over the item in your bag gave you a little pop up tooltip that told you what use the item was - EG silk thread Professions Tailor, first aid.

Anyone any idea what this is called and possibly a link :)

Can also try Reagent Info, does the same thing.
