I need help putting mods togeather

Ok I was asking how do I get all these mods to stay at the same setting? Now this is my little set up and I'm thinking about trying to upload for other people to use. O and all the credit goes to the creators of the mods I have not created them at all.

Here are the mods I'm useing

I might just be slow due to the late hour here but what do you mean by "to stay at the same setting"?
