EasyPriest??!!

I have a priest alt that I run but I am not really into the healer scene. Easy priest was a great addon that would locate the most needing party member and heal them automaticlly. Is there anything similar to this on the addon market today? Looking for something that will mainly autoselect healz.

No. Blizzard removed the capability for addons to automatically choose targets for you during combat in the 2.0 changes.

Grid can show you everyone's current health bar in a nice, compact format, and in combination with Clique, you can do different clicks on their bars to cast different heals on them.

Healing is (in my opinion) the most difficult task you can have in WoW. If you are willing to train yourself in the art of healing, then the addons mentioned by Efindel are the best you can get. If you are not willing to train / think you won't manage good healing, just try Shadow Priest. They are needed aswell and are also a great support for raids later on.

Healing requires you to be on your toes all the time and be able to react really quickly to new situations. SP is more easy going and most of the time you only have to pay attention to 1 target (instead of 24 for raid healers).
